In March 2010, two of EVER’s home energy raters qualified homes for the ENERGY STAR New Homes program. These are the first two ENERGY STAR homes to qualify through Energy Vanguard Energy Ratings.

Eric Griffin of Dynamic Energy Consulting & Auditing in Macon, GA qualified a new Habitat for Humanity home for the ENERGY STAR label with a HERS Index of 82.
Carl Seville of Seville Consulting in Decatur, GA qualified a new home in Galatin, TN for the ENERGY STAR label with a HERS Index of 70.
